MISSION STATEMENT - Indiana Investment Fund I ("IIF")

The IIF seeks to build successful, innovative enterprises for the benefit of its investors.

In addition, the Fund seeks to ensure the following:

• Foster the creation and growth of young and maturing companies in Indiana
• Encourage the growth of the Indiana-based private equity community
• Facilitate public and private partnerships within the State
