ABOUT IIF

The Indiana Investment Fund I ("IIF") was designed by Indiana PERF in conjunction with Credit Suisse's Customized Fund Investment Group ("CFIG") to develop a diversified, high-quality portfolio of venture capital and growth capital direct investments, co-investments and fund commitments, primarily in the state of Indiana. CFIG will leverage the CS Private Equity platform, as well as its own relationships with venture and growth capital funds to source quality deal flow and conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Indiana PERF chose CFIG to develop and manage this Fund on a discretionary basis.
